Bu teknik 4 saniye boyunca nefes almay\u0131, 7 saniye boyunca nefesi tutmay\u0131 ve 8 saniye boyunca nefes vermeyi i\u00e7erir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pranayama ad\u0131 verilen eski bir yoga y\u00f6ntemine dayanan bu teknik, Dr. Andrew Weil taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.
