Zihnim \u00e7ok dingin bedenim \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve kalbimde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir mutluluk\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O an e\u011fitmen olmaya karar verdim. Hissetti\u011fim bu \u015feyi, sadece nefes ve so\u011fuk du\u015fu kullanarak, kendi i\u00e7imden yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131m bu harika hissiyat\u0131 herkesle payla\u015fmam gerekti\u011fini her h\u00fccremde hissettim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daha metod hakk\u0131nda \u00e7ok az \u015fey biliyorum ve hi\u00e7 deneyimim yok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disiplinli bir \u015fekilde her sabah i\u015fe gitmeden \u00f6nce daha hava karanl\u0131kken wim Hof metod nefesini ve so\u011fuk du\u015flar\u0131 yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. Ger\u00e7ekten \u00e7ok iyi hissederek i\u015fe gidiyor ve \u00e7ok berrak bir zihinle i\u015flerimi yap\u0131yordum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 y\u0131l sonunda y\u00fczlerce so\u011fuk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015f biri olarak e\u011fitmenli\u011fe yaz\u0131lmaya karar verdim ancak yeterlilikleri bana biraz ileri seviye geldi. \u201cO zaman 5 g\u00fcnl\u00fck bir Avrupa kar kamp\u0131na gideyim\u201d dedim ve gittim. Hayatta baz\u0131 deneyimler vard\u0131r, d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fczde orada \u00f6\u011frendikleriniz ve orada b\u0131rakt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131zla yeni bir siz, v2 olarak d\u00f6nerisiniz ya? \u0130\u015fte \u00f6yle bir 5 g\u00fcn ya\u015fad\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asla yapamam diye korktu\u011fum ama kimseye s\u00f6yleyemedi\u011fim ve imkans\u0131z gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnen \u015feylerin asl\u0131nda sadece zihnimizde imkans\u0131z oldu\u011funu, sand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fcce sahip oldu\u011fumuzu iliklerime kadar \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fim bir 5 g\u00fcn.
